Hello I'm Anuja Devaka Bandara Ellepola. I am a results-driven professional with a multidisciplinary background in Project Management, Business Computing, Data Analytics, and Software Engineering, driven by a passion for leadership, innovation, and continuous professional development.
I proudly completed my MSc in Project Management with Distinction at the University of Hertfordshire, UK, strengthening my expertise in strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, organisational leadership, and effective project delivery.
I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing and Data Analytics from Middlesex University London, where I had the distinguished honour of being recognised as the Valedictorian of my graduating cohort. This recognition remains one of my proudest academic milestones, reflecting my dedication to excellence, perseverance, and continuous improvement.
My academic qualifications also include a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing and Software Engineering awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. Together, these qualifications have equipped me with a multidisciplinary perspective combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, business intelligence, and strategic management.
My educational journey began at Sussex College, Kandy, before continuing at St. Anthony’s College, Kandy, where I developed the values of discipline, integrity, resilience, teamwork, and leadership that continue to guide my personal and professional growth.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have demonstrated strong competencies in leadership, strategic decision-making, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability. My postgraduate studies have strengthened my ability to integrate technical engineering principles with strategic planning, effective project execution, and adaptive leadership, supported by a diverse skill set spanning eight additional competencies.
Completed the Mini MBA program focused on core business and management principles, including strategy, leadership, marketing, finance, and operations. Developed a practical understanding of how organizations function and how strategic decisions are made in competitive environments. Strengthened analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through case-based learning and real-world business scenarios, enhancing overall business acumen and professional readiness for managerial roles.
Graduated with First-Class Honours (Valedictorian) in BSc (Hons) in Business Computing and Data Analytics, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. I have developed expertise in Project Management and Project Planning, complemented by a suite of over 10 technical and analytical skills tailored for the modern software and data landscape.
Completed my degree with Upper Second-Class Honours, further developing leadership and teamwork as the Vice Captain of the ICBT Badminton Team (2023/24). I possess a strong technical foundation in Visual Studio, CSS, and over 12 additional specialized skills, combining academic excellence with proven athletic leadership and a diverse technical toolkit.
Completed my Secondary Education (Ordinary level - 2017, Advanced Level - 2020) and a former Senior Prefect, I have developed strong leadership and critical thinking skills through roles as a committee member for the Aviation and Interact Clubs. My experience as College Badminton Captain (2018–2020), combined with active participation in the Antonian Media Unit, Choir, and Prefects Guild, reflects a versatile background in teamwork, communication, and disciplined leadership.
